You can set up most calling features straight from your handset by dialling these star codes, no need to log in to the customer portal. Wherever you see xxx, enter the phone number the feature should use.
Prefer not to memorise codes? Dial *99 and the voice menu will walk you through the options, or manage everything online in the customer portal.

Checking your voicemail
There are two ways to pick up your messages:
- By phone: dial *55 from your Talk2Me phone to enter the voicemail portal. Away from your phone? Use remote access (see the PIN codes above) to dial in.
- Online: log in to the customer portal and open your messages. You can also have voicemails emailed to you as audio attachments, set this up under your voicemail settings, or ask us and we will switch it on for you.
Not every feature can be changed by star code. If something here does not work on your plan, or you want a feature set up for you, get in touch and we will sort it.
