Our web conferencing runs in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android, using the same WebRTC technology behind the big-name meeting apps. Send a link and people are in. There are no downloads for guests, no accounts to create and no time limit to cut you off mid-sentence. The platform is hosted in New Zealand, so audio and video stay sharp for local participants.

Do guests need to install anything to join a meeting?
No. Meetings run in a normal web browser on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android. You send a link, they click it. Anyone without a good microphone or camera can dial in from an ordinary phone instead.
Is there a time limit on meetings?
No. There are no time limits on Talk2Me video meetings, so long workshops and training sessions are fine.
Can I record a meeting?
Yes. Meetings can be recorded and played back later, which is handy for anyone who could not attend and for training material.
What can I share in a meeting?
Your whole screen or a single window, plus a shared whiteboard and uploaded documents such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and PDF files. Participants can chat publicly or privately, run polls and split into breakout rooms.
