Paying your invoice and using the customer portal
You can view your invoices and manage your account through the Talk2Me customer portal.
The customer portal
The portal lets you:
- View and download your invoices
- Check your account balance
- Update your contact details
You will find the portal link in the top right of our website, or in your welcome email.
Ways to pay
- Automatic payment or direct debit: the easiest option, your invoice is paid on time every month without you having to think about it.
- Internet banking: use your account number as the reference so we can match your payment.
- Card payment: available through the portal.
When invoices are issued
Invoices are issued monthly. If a payment is going to be late, please contact our accounts team before the due date so we can help, rather than letting an account fall behind.
Questions about a charge
If something on your invoice does not look right, get in touch with your account number and a description of the charge, and we will look into it for you.
