Do you have data caps?
No. Our home and business fibre and DSL plans are unlimited, with no data caps. A fair use policy applies.
Do I get a public IP address?
Yes. Every connection gets a public IP address and we never use CGNAT, which is great for hosting, gaming, VPNs and remote access. A static IP is available as an optional add-on for $5/month +GST on home and business plans.
Am I locked into a contract?
There is no fixed-term contract. We just ask for 31 days written notice to cancel a broadband connection.
Do I need a router?
You can bring your own compatible router, or we can supply one at additional cost. For business we also offer fully managed routers and Fortinet firewalls.
Can you help with business networking?
Yes. For business we offer managed routers and firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN and tunnelling, and DNS filtering on request.
